A team at SERVPRO of Olmos Park was called out to this San Antonio commercial property when an employee noticed this mold colony growing behind a bookshelf in their office. The office adjacent to this one had experienced a flood, causing water damage and mold growth when the water damage was not properly dried out. It then spread through this office wall. We needed to do mold remediation on the lower section of the wall, removing drywall, sheet rock, and insulation.
