Olmos Park Flooding

This flooded hallway in this Olmos Park home was the result of a high rainfall accumulation that led to neighborhood flooding.  The water had risen up the walls, but had receded prior to our arrival.  The homeowner choose to keep the hardwood floors as seen in the after photo, but was advised that they should be removed per IICRC guidelines.  The after picture shows the removal of the other structural material that encountered contaminated flood waters.  The professionals at SERVPRO of Olmos Park were happy to be able to assist this homeowner in their time of need and was pleased to have another satisfied customer.
