Flooded Commercial Hallway in San Antonio

This flooded hallway in San Antonio was the result of a sprinkler malfunction.  The first photograph demonstrates the needed equipment to appropriately remediate the water damage.  This equipment included air scrubbers, air movers, and dehumidifiers.  The before picture also demonstrates the required demolition to facilitate the water remediation.  The after photograph was taken a mere three days after the initial call.  The customer was very pleased with the quick response and ability to begin the rebuild process.
